Xinyingtongda Outward Bound Training

In order to strengthen the company's staff team, enhance the exchanges between staff, and cultivate staff's team spirit and sense of collaboration, on October 20, 2019, the company's personnel department organized staff to carry out expansion training activities and achieved good results.

During the course of the activity, everyone was divided into three groups under the leadership of the moderator, and through the brainstorming of each group, the team name and the song of the first melody sorghum were produced. Along with the composition of the "Wolf Team", "Warrior" and "Tiger" team, the company's expansion training activities kicked off with a team of passionate and bright team.

In the outreach training program, a well-designed expansion project has inspired everyone's strong interest and enthusiasm. Faced with a challenging project, the team members brainstormed, united and collaborated, successfully completed the challenge with their thoughts and sweats, and shared the joy of success and the passion of challenge. Everyone actively participated, challenged the difficulties, challenged themselves boldly, encouraged each other, did not evade and gave up, and all the teams successfully completed the training of each expansion project. During the training process, team members fully realized the management consciousness and art related to team trust, effective communication, empathy, rational organization, leadership, execution and teamwork.

The event effectively enhanced the self-confidence and communication of the staff and enhanced the sense of solidarity and cooperation among the staff. Through mutual communication and learning, everyone realizes the importance of mutual trust, teamwork and innovation, and plays a positive role in improving work efficiency, improving communication and coordination among various departments, and improving execution.
